What ships
Studio and Studio Pro include a kit — phone, rig, light and microphone — shipped to you at no cost. Essential ships nothing; you film on your own phone.
The kit remains the property of The Data Group LLC and is loaned for the duration of the subscription. See Refunds and Cancellation.
Where we ship
United States only. We do not currently ship outside the US.
When it arrives
- Kits ship within 2 business days of your onboarding call being scheduled.
- Delivery is typically 2–5 business days after that.
- Tracking is emailed when the kit leaves our facility.
We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, email support@businessrate.com within one business day of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
Digital delivery
Everything else is delivered digitally — shot lists, scripting, edited posts and video are delivered through email and your connected accounts on the schedule your plan describes. There is no shipping charge and no physical delivery for those items.
Damaged or missing on arrival
Tell us within 5 business days of delivery at support@businessrate.com and we will replace the affected item at no cost.
